We've got this covered... Your jewellery will arrive in a beautiful 16cm x 11cm x 3cm jewellery box with a soft close mechanism. Inside the box you will find a draw-string jewellery pouch (for safe storage) and a polishing cloth with tips to keep your jewellery clean.

All orders are dispatched free of charge via FedEx Priority Express. Orders placed prior to 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 24 hours.

We are based in London, United Kingdom but deliver worldwide. Please note that any import taxes at the point of entry to your country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please return items with 14 days of receipt. We ask that you return via a registered and insured delivery service and email the tracking info to info@fjewellery.co.uk. Items need to be returned in same condition, refunds will be processed on the day of receipt. Please note it can take your bank 3-5 days to return funds to your account. If it takes longer please contact your bank.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Additionally, due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
