1. Are FJewellery pieces genuine?
Yes. Every item we sell is authentic and hallmarked according to UK standards.Â
2. What does “pre-owned jewellery” mean?
Pre-owned jewellery means a piece that has been previously loved and carefully restored. We thoroughly clean, polish, and inspect every item so it meets our quality standards.
3. Do you sell brand new jewellery too?
Yes — our collection includes both brand new and pre-owned gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
4. Is all your gold jewellery hallmarked?
Absolutely. All gold items are hallmarked by a UK Assay Office to confirm metal purity and authenticity.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy on most products, provided they are returned in their original condition. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or nose pins. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
6. Do you offer resizing or alterations?
We currently do not offer resizing or alteration services. If you’re unsure about size, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll help you choose the right fit.
7. Do you offer repairs or refurbishment?
We can assist with select repairs or refurbishments on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team with photos or details for advice and a quote.
8. How fast is delivery?
We offer Free Next Day Delivery on UK orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 PM (excluding bank holidays and remote areas). Orders after 1 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
9. Do you buy gold or old jewellery?
